Rocking Star Yash and Salman Khan are reportedly gearing up for a box office clash in March next year. You may witness Toxic and Battle of Galwan releasing on the same day. If that happens, your theatre choices will get complicated very quickly.
Sources say Toxic will launch its teaser in the New Year and kick off promotions soon. You have not seen any announcement from the makers of BOG yet. With both films belonging to different genres, your interest will hinge on trailers, story appeal, and early word of mouth.
Salman returns to the big screen after a short gap following Tiger 3 and Sikandar. You know expectations stay high when he releases a film. The pressure to deliver a massive hit clearly sits heavy this time.
Battle of Galwan banks on emotion and patriotism. If it strikes hard, you will see echoes of Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Sultan at the ticket windows. With budget still under wraps, the film needs more than Rs. 200–300 crores to restore Salman’s box office dominance.
Yash, on the other hand, has worked in silence for years. For you, Toxi marks his second theatrical release after K.G.F. Chapter 2. A four-year gap has only raised curiosity, not cooled it.
The Hindi market remains crucial for South releases. Yash already pulled over Rs. 400 crores from North India with his last film. Now you wait to see whether Toxic can cross the line that the trade expects.
Both films promise scale, drama, and loyal fan bases. Once advance bookings open, you will notice momentum building. Final verdicts will arrive after first shows, not before. Till then, the countdown stays loud.
