Samantha Brings Rudraksh Mala To Media Event?

The trailer launch event of Samantha’s upcoming mythological biggie, Shakuntalam was unveiled by the makers today. This is Samantha’s first major media appearance in a while.

Interestingly enough, Sam came to the event with, what appears to be a Rudraksha Mala tied to her wrist. Netizens are commenting that it is very interesting to see Samantha take the spiritual route and the Rudraksha Mala implies the same.

This comes months after Samantha started the treatment for Myositis. She had also been going on multiple spiritual trips in the last 2 years. Now, she is spotted with a spiritual mala to her wrist.

Needless to say, it is only common for people to take the spiritual route to fight hard personal battles. Sam’s case is no different.

Sam had been going through a lot lately and she indeed got emotional at the Shakuntalam event today and shed a few tears. She intends to come back with double the force with regard to her upcoming films as she gears up to resume shooting for her films from this month.
