
Samantha had been going through a lot lately with the autoimmune disease, turbulence in her personal life, and the subsequent layoff from acting. The actress has started a health-centric podcast now and has revealed a few interesting tidbits.
“I used to think I was living healthy, taking good food, working out and all. But I didn’t realize I was doing something off that would deteriorate my health. I feel guilty for being amongst the populous who think nothing would happen to them because they live healthily. Processing that I had an autoimmune disease and its trigger response from the body was tough, but I pulled through and am a changed person now” Samantha said.
Sam added that living a stress-free life is essentially the most important part of living healthily. Stress is the root cause of most bad things medically and mentally.
The actress added that having good sleep, drinking filtered water, eating fresh food, and following good hygiene can be of great help to those who wish to lead a healthy lifestyle.
Samantha is still on the indefinite break from acting and she is looking to resume her acting career if she finds the right script.
