Top hero doesn't think he was being “targeted”!

Bollywood Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is back in news regarding summons for his popular IPL team, Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). The actor had been summoned earlier in 2010 and now, again, a notice has been issued by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).

The basis for the summons is the alleged undervaluation of shares of KKR, the IPL team he is a co-owner of, which may violate the provisions of the FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act).

The entire issue is being seen in bad light with some saying that the top actor is being ‘targeted’. The actor has, however, clarified that there is nothing illegal in the notice. He made it known that there was a five year gap between the two ‘summons’ and that there’s been a change in government since the last time. Therefore, he said that there’s no way he is being targeted and that the normal legal procedure is being followed.
