Sharwanand’s third Sankranthi hat-trick hit Nari Nari Naduma Murari is riding on strong goodwill. It is not just the film that is getting appreciation, audiences who watched it are also praising Sharwa as a hero. That itself is a big deal in today’s climate.
But is Sharwanand truly cashing in on this momentum? Absolutely not. Despite showing genuine interest in cinema and his journey as an actor, his approach continues to feel lethargic.
Market wise, Sharwanand should be close to Nani. Staying under the radar and slipping out of public memory never builds interest or never work for non star heroes like him.
When a film like Nari Nari Naduma Murari releases and generates this kind of positive word of mouth, the hero should dominate the conversation and outpace competing films. Instead, Sharwanand is settling for a merely decent run.
The issue here is not the film, it is the hero. His laid back attitude is clearly holding him back.
Hopefully, Sharwanand realizes his true potential and starts working towards building stronger interest in himself. More importantly, he needs to create real anticipation for his films. Otherwise, it would be a genuine waste of what he is capable of achieving.
