Allu Arjun Missed, Will Ram Charan Grab?

After the massive success of Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2, director Sukumar is setting his sights on Shraddha Kapoor for his next project. Sukumar had previously interacted with Shraddha during the discussions for Pushpa 2’s “Kissik” song.

Initially, Shraddha was the top choice for the item song, but due to remuneration issues, the role went to Sreeleela instead. However, Sukumar and Shraddha reportedly promised to collaborate on a bigger project in the future.

Now, it appears Sukumar has finalized Shraddha for his next film alongside Ram Charan.

The project has sparked curiosity among Ram Charan fans, with many wondering whether it will follow in the footsteps of Sukumar’s rural entertainers like Rangasthalam, or explore the crime mafia genre seen in Pushpa, or even delve into a modern, contemporary setting.

The film is expected to be a pan-India release making it a second chance for Ram Charan to make a strong impact after the disappointment of Game Changer.

Similarly, Shraddha, whose Telugu debut Saaho with Prabhas wasn’t well received, is hoping to make a better impression this time.

In addition to this project, Shraddha is busy with her upcoming films like Nagin and Stree 2, which will keep her occupied for the next few years. It remains to be seen how her role in Sukumar’s film will shape up.

Ram Charan is also busy with Buchi Babu Sana’s film which he might wrap up by the end of this year.

The news of Shraddha Kapoor’s involvement is still, however, unconfirmed.
