Hero Turns Music Director For Comedian

The controversial Tamil hero Simbu, known for his singing as much as his acting, is getting ready to don a new hat. The actor is turning music director for an upcoming film called Sakka Podu Podu Raja.

Comedian Santhanam will be playing the lead role in the movie which is produced by VTV Ganesh. The comedian turned hero shared this surprising news to his followers on social networking sites. He called the actor his Godfather. The shooting of the movie directed by Sethuraman has already begun.

To those who are unaware, earlier music directors AR Rahman and Anirudh Ravichander were approached to compose for this flick. After they politely declined the offer, Harris Jayaraj was almost confirmed for the film. But destiny seems to have some other plans.
