Sooner or later this was bound to happen as two movies featuring Anushka in important roles were positioned to close to each other.

Two films, Rudramadevi and Size Zero star Anushka in the lead roles. Both these films have got the public excited for their unique themes but the former period film has been taking a long time to arrive. Finally when all the business deals have been closed and a release date has been locked for Rudramadevi, it was too close to other film.
Keeping in mind the expectations and scope to perform at box office with the amount of theaters available, the makers of Size Zero have decided to back off and give Anushka space from her other biggie. Well, one way or the other it’s Anushka who gets the advantage, so no one’s really complaining here, we guess.
