Low Expectation Is the Only Relief for This Sankranthi Release

In Telugu, we have three big releases along with a medium budget movie in the form of Raj Tarun’s ‘Rangula Ratnam‘. In Tamil, there is a last-minute addition to the Pongal releases along with ‘Gang’ (‘Thaana Serndha Kootam’) in the form of Vikram’s ‘Sketch’.

The expectations on the movie are very low as the makers didn’t even take care to publicise the movie and the release date, yet. There is no information regarding the Telugu version’s release. It was common that Vikram’s movies were released in Telugu, simultaneously.

Interestingly, all the three Pongal releases aka ‘Suriya’s ‘Gang‘, Prabhu Deva’s ‘Gulaebaghavali’ and Vikram’s ‘Sketch’ belong to the same genre and i.e., heist genre. Among these three, Suriya’s movie will definitely have an upper hand due to the existing buzz and expectations on the movie.

Coming to Vikram’s movie, the low buzz on the movie is the only relief. If the content turns out to be good, the movie might have a good run at the box-office.
