Ileana D’Cruz has confirmed that she is expecting her second child, putting an end to months of speculation. The actress, who welcomed her first child, Koa Phoenix Dolan, in 2023 with her partner Michael Dolan, shared the news in a subtle yet playful way.
On February 15, 2025, Ileana took to Instagram Stories to post a late-night snap featuring puffcorn snacks and antacid chews, along with a timestamp of 12:43 AM. She captioned it, “Tell me you’re pregnant without telling me you’re pregnant,” indirectly confirming her pregnancy.

Speculation began earlier when Ileana shared a 2024 wrap-up video in January, featuring a moment from October where she held what appeared to be a pregnancy test kit.
