Strange day to day battle for Uttama Villain Key

One isn’t used to see cases like in cinemas so it is surely strange for fans, movie lovers as well as trade. The new Kamal Haasan starrer Uttama Villain is facing unique problem in Tamil Nadu.

The film is running on a day to day basis as the financial problem related to the film still seems to be haunting it. Today with most screens being digital a key is issues for the screening of films. This key is active for whole week generally and once the week is over if the theater wishes to continue it’s reactivated. In this way the exhibitors has uninterrupted run of the film.

But when we look at Uttama Villain, the key to screen the films are not given for the whole week. The key needs to be activated every morning as long as the film is to be screened. It is causing a great trouble to the exhibitors as a result. This is also causing lots of anxiety to fans too who aren’t sure if the film will be screened or not till the last moment.
