Sunil’s Comeback, Not Strong

The makers of the movie had already claimed that Sunil’s come back as a comedian in ‘Aravindha Sametha’ will not be a loud one like in the regular entertainers. For ‘Aravindha Sametha’, Sunil has grown fuller in shape and back as a comedian, for sure. But, after watching the movie, one can clearly see that it’s not a strong comeback for Sunil, as a comedian.

Trivikram strictly stuck to the story and the elements needed for the story not deviating in the form adding entertainment blocks for giving more scope for Sunil as a comedian. He was like a regular character, one of the characters in the story without much importance. His character wasn’t devised to deliver comedy rather was there to help the proceedings of the movie.

However, one feels that Trivikram should have taken care of Sunil’s role as there were certain expectations on his come back role. But, Trivikram said that there were no items for the heck of it and thus, there were no unnecessary gimmicks to add the entertainment value. He strictly went by the story leaving Sunil’s come back as just another role in his career, not a memorable one.
