But, the look is more like a Greek than a Keralite, in fact not even Indian. People can see the striking similarity between Mohanlal’s robber look and Gladiator, the Greek warrior. If one has to be true to accept the reality, Mohanlal’s look is similar in many ways, be it the costume designing or the accessories.

Well, the makers of the movie have their own explanation regarding the similarity with Gladiator as the period film ‘Kalaikulam Kochuni’ is the saga of a thief who used to rob the travellers and traders from different countries and hence, the inspiration.
