Surender Reddy disappointed for Salman Khan

Director Surender Reddy is in his best phase currently with the blockbuster success of his summer release Race Gurram. The director also had another reason to rejoice as the remake of one of his earlier successful film Kick also released recently and it starred the biggest star in India currently, Salman Khan. All this is fine but the director is a bit disappointed lately and it has something to do with the remake.

Surender Reddy feels the director of the remake failed to get the spirit of Kick right and thus failed in the remake. And by failing with the remake they have failed in getting the biggest hit for Salman Khan. He stated it clearly that the remake didn’t do justice to the original made by him. There were reports when the remake was announced that Surender Reddy himself could be the director of remake but that hasn’t materialized clearly, is this a reaction to that?
