Suriya Carrying Palanquin at Female Director Family Wedding

This is something really very sweet to see Suriya and actor cum singer GV Prakash at their female director Sudha Kongara daughter’s wedding. Of course, we’ve got to see Suriya present at the wedding in one of the previous pics that surfaced on social media.

This latest picture is special because Suriya and GV Prakash were seen carrying something like a palanquin with four poles over the head of the bride that usually is carried by four very close family members.

Right from the time Sudha Kongara was associated with Suriya’s ‘Soorarai Pottru’, every gesture from Suriya shows the immense respect he has towards his director. She has been the centre of promotions for the movie going to be released, this coming Deepavali.

Going by the biopic promotions that we’ve got to see so far, ‘Soorarai Pottru’ is seen as a potential movie that would bring back blockbuster success to the star hero after a long time. If the movie turns out to be a blockbuster, Sudha Kongara will also walk away with due credits.
