Swamy Ra Ra gets a sequel

The success of low-budget Telugu crime-comedy ‘Swamy Ra Ra’ has impressed producers to come up with a sequel. Sudhir Varma, who had originally directed the film, will not helm the sequel and will be replaced by director A.N Bose of ‘DK Bose’ fame. Swathi and Nikhil will step into the shoes of the lead characters.

The sequel will go on floors after the release of their film ‘Karthikeya’. Chakri Chigurupati will produce the film and it is touted to be an out-and-out commercial entertainer. Looks like Telugu cinema is again catching up on the sequel culture following the success of the prequel. We have to wait and find out if the sequel will click at the box-office or not.
