Telangana Shakuntala, popular comedian actress who stole the hearts of many of fans across the world is no more. She passed away at her residence in Kompally, in the hours of mid night on Friday. She suffered a heart stroke at her residence and she was rushed to Narayana Hrudayalaya, a popular heart hospital in Hyderabad. Unfortunately by the time she was admitted at the hospital, doctors declared her passing due to the heart stroke.
Telangana Shakuntala started her filmy career way back in 1981 with ‘Maa Bhoomi’ and later she acted in more than seventy films as a character artist. She is famous for her dialogue delivery in Telangana dialect. Shakuntala’s last movie ‘Pandavulu Pandavulu Tummeda’ was released in early 2014.
