Telugu Baby Killer in US turns high on maintenance

It is known that Raghunandhan Yandamuri who was convicted with killing of 10-month-old Saanvi Venna and her grandmother, Satyavathi Venna in 2012, was charged with two death penalty sentences.

While Raghunandan insisted on defending his own case, the Pennsylvania court had provided him with two attorneys to assist him through the sentencing phase. The appointment of the attorneys costed $10500 as legal fees which is usually a burden to the Taxpayers of the state.

The execution date is not finalized yet and he is currently stationed at Pennsylvania’s State Correctional Institution in Camp Hill which will cost the state $47,000 annually and requires the prison facility to have more security staff available. Raghunandan first kidnapped the girl to demand money for his gambling debts but situations prompted him to murder both the girl and her grand mother.
