The CM Came, Saw and Rated her movie

Who is probably the only known face amongst the lead actors of ‘Masaan’? Richa Chadda for Bollywood audiences. She is one happy actress these days for receiving international acclaim for her role in ‘Masaan’ This is the same film which received standing ovation in the recently concluded Cannes Film Festival and also lauded internationally on various platforms.

There is a saying in Telugu, ‘Inta gelichi, racha geluvu’, which means however successful one is outside home, it’s the appreciation at home that matters most. The same is the situation of the makers of ‘Masaan’ now. A special screening of the film was held on Saturday for the Delhi CM, Arvind Kejriwal.

After watching the film, The CM tweeted praises on the movie and Richa Chadda. He says the movie is excellent and is a must watch movie. a special tweet to Richa that her acting is superb is nothing short of an award for the actress who is presently basking in appreciation from all quarters. This is more than any 5 star rating for the actress. What say?
