
Thug Life fever has caught India over the past few weeks with the massive Pan-India promotional campaign by Kamal Haasan. The actor-producer is going every nook and corner of the country promoting it. Recently released songs composed by AR Rahman are trending on top everywhere as well. Other prominent stars Simbu, Trisha Krishnan, Nasser have joined him for Vizag pre-release event, today, which became a grand success with sea of fans attending it.
The movie marks the return of the cult classic combination Kamal Haasan and Legendary director Mani Ratnam after 38 years and hence, the anticipation is sky high. Talking at the event, Trisha stated that she always be grateful for the warmth of Telugu people and hoped that Indrani, her character from the movie, will stay with them.

Simbu remembered his association with Telugu Cinema, has he been singing songs in different films. He revealed that he sang one for Pawan Kalyan, making his long term wish come true. He stated that he is proud for being part of a Kamal Haasan and Mani Ratnam film. He asked people watch their film in theatres only.
Kamal Haasan stated that Vizag has made him the star from a boy. He remembered that he used to walk around without anyone identifying but he came to the city for Maro Charitra and it changed his identity. He stated that an actor doesn’t have boundaries and hence, he is able to make an identity for himself in Telugu as well.

He praised Telugu audiences for always being supportive to his films and stated that they would be proud of Thug Life as Indian Cinema will be too. He asked people to trust them and stated that every actor has given their career best. He asked them to watch the movie and strongly stated that they would be entertained. Shreshtha Movies is releasing the movie in Telugu and it is releasing all over on 5th June.
