The upcoming movie, Tiger 3, starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif, has created a buzz among fans, making it one of the highly anticipated films of 2023. As the fifth installment in the YRF Spy Universe, the movie is set after the events of the 2019 blockbuster War and Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan. With a release date scheduled for November 12, fans are eagerly waiting for the film to light up Diwali.
However, Twitter is abuzz with rumors that the film has undergone a private screening, and some early reviews are out. While some tweets label Tiger 3 as a ‘very disappointing film,’ alleging that it incorporates scenes from earlier movies like Tiger Zinda Hai, War, and Pathaan, others have given the film four stars, calling it a “solid thriller packed with action” and praising the “flawless performance by the strong cast.”
Amid these conflicting reviews, one Twitter handle, claiming to be a distributor from Karnataka, posted a cryptic review using a sad and disappointed emoji with the hashtag #Tiger3. Unfortunately, this led to Salman’s fans hurling abuses at him, calling him a fake and a liar.
However, it’s important to note that aside from the censor board, nobody has seen the movie yet, so most of these early reviews seem to be fake.
The advance bookings for the film have opened to a decent response. However, both the makers and fans were hoping for a response as explosive as Pathaan and Jawan. Unfortunately, it seems that Tiger 3 is only on track to collect 35 crores on its opening day, which is just 60% of what its predecessors were able to achieve.
