Samantha’s Kollywood journey has been filled with distress and disappointment so far. Her couple of attempts at the box office bombed so badly, Gautham Menon’s Ye Maaya Chesave in Telugu was critically acclaimed, but the director cast her for Tamil and it bombed badly at the Box Office. Even her debut film in Tamil was a big disaster and Tamil bid adieu to her.
But call it her stardom or lucky leg tag in Telugu she will be seen along with Suriya in Anjaan. Teasers released so far shows the film has plenty of spice and Sam is all set to show her glamour and glitz to add masala to the film. However, if Anjaan falls flat at Tamil BO, Sam may well choke and she has to keep the greif till her next big release with Vijay’s Kaththi. Let’s see how the day goes for her.
