Top 5 Worse Movies Of The Year

As the year is about to end, we take a look at the top 5 most impossible to sit through movies of the year. Small films are not considered here unless of course, they are extraordinarily poor or bad. Also, the movies must have had some expectations. So, here is the list.

1. Agnyaathavaasi

The year 2018 began with the biggest dud of all time. It is a disappointment of epic proportions, and enough has been said about the director and actor duo Trivikram and Pawan Kalyan regarding the absolute careless way in which the movie was made.

2. Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayalu

As we mentioned at the start, small movies were not to be considered unless there was an exception. Well, this qualifies to be in the list. In fact, it should be at the top for the monstrosity it has been at cinemas. There was absolutely no relief.

3. Amar Akbar Anthony

The last three movies of director Srinu Vytla would find a list among the top worse films of the year list. But even among the three, Amar Akbar Anthony takes the cake as being the most unbearable. One can only feel bad here looking at the free fall of the director Srinu Vytla. As far as Ravi Teja is concerned, other releases of him too would have also found a place in the list if we extend it to top 10.

4. Officer

Officer is a movie on the list by default. Frankly, many did not have hopes on the film looking at director Ram Gopal Varma’s track record in the last decade or so. It is on the list solely because of the confidence of Nagarjuna before the release. He was going through a dream phase for a senior star, and there were little hopes that he might get RGV to do something decent. Alas! That was a false alarm.

It is on the list for the same reason as Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayalu. Well, actually we thought of mentioning how worse VBVR was again, and we chose this.
