TRS Leader Named in Lawyer Couple’s Broad Daylight Murders in Telangana

Horrific murders have occurred in the middle of the road in broad daylight. A lawyer couple, Vaman Rao and Nagamani were hacked to death today in Peddapalli. It has happened at Ramagiri near Ramagundam of Godavarikhani.

The couple has been working on cases related to a lockup death and disappropriate assets case of Zilla Parishad Chairman Putta Madhu (TRS). Two unidentified people came in CRETA car and killed them when they were coming to Hyderabad.

Vaman Rao gave a dying statement naming Kunta Srinu who is a TRS Leader as the main killer. They were rushed to a nearby hospital where they were pronounced dead while undergoing treatment. Ramagundam police have formed six teams to nab the accused.

Only the last week, the Telangana high court extended the protection accorded to them in relation to the case. However, no security has accompanied to them.
