TV Channels that were busy with the rift in the Mohan Babu’s family till yesterday are taking a break and shifted their focus onto Allu Arjun’s arrest now.
Chikkadpally Police have taken Actor Allu Arjun into their custody in the Sandhya Theater Stampede Case and are shifting him to the PS.

A case was registered with the theater management, Allu Arjun, and his Security team on this issue. Three people of Sandhya theater management were already arrested.
The cases were registered under Sections 105, 118(1), read with 3/5 BNS. Section 105 is a non-bailable case.

Meanwhile, some TV Channels are resorting to TRP farming.
They are speculating that Allu Arjun may not get bail and can get jail for up to ten years.

Yes, there is a possibility of imprisonment of 5 to 10 years under Section 105. It is true that TV channels are saying that there is a possibility of imprisonment of one to ten years under BNS 118(1).
However, the case under those sections has to be proven in court.
Section 118(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) deals with the punishment for voluntarily causing hurt or grievous hurt using dangerous weapons or harmful means
The prosecution has to prove that Allu Arjun ‘voluntarily’ caused hurt or grievous hurt (death in this matter)
Since Allu Arjun did not do anything intentionally, the court can also say that these sections are not applicable!
The police can file a case under any section. The court will decide if those sections are applicable or not
At this minute, some TV channels are speculating about the possible jail term the actor may get and it is nothing but over-enthusiasm.
