TV Rights – New ambiguity in film trade!

Film trade always suffers the lack of transparency. Earlier, the PR guys used to float blotted figures of star heroes and used to bluff them in media. The monopoly of 3-4 people over the film theaters only added more darkness to the collections. But to some extent, the advent of web media changed the entire scenario. Few film enthusiasts began to collect the ‘actual or near actual’ figures and create awareness among audience.

And now the new bluffing method is the TV rights. Only 2 or 3 parties (If 3rd party is involved) are aware of what is the terms and conditions. So, the film makers always bluff them while the actual TV channel owners also keep mum as it adds up to their reputation. In fact, source close to these people tells us that the current prices of TV rights in the market are at least 100% blotted.
