"I can't do chamchagiri to a director"

Actor Varun Dhawan made his debut into Bollywood in 2012 and has slowly and steadily made his way up the ladder. Now his latest film Dilwale is on the verge of release and during its promotions, Dhawan shared some interesting tidbits with media.

As for Rohit Shetty directed Dilwale, Varun disclosed that he was the first person to be signed on for the film, even before King Khan. Although, Varun himself is not at all shy about approaching a director if he likes their work. He doesn’t believe in “chamachagiri,” but if he genuinely likes someone’s work, he doesn’t hesitate to tell them.

It seems that Varun has grown as an actor and as a person and is now confident of his abilities and his career choices. He also very humbly showed his appreciation for his audiences for taking a liking to him and supporting him.
