Young hero admits to copying top star

It’s not very often we hear actor’s admitting to copying their act from other hero’s but here we have such a case. The admitting also could be due to the fact that both the actors belong to same family.

The actor talked about here is Varun Tej and the top star is Pawan Kalyan. Ever since the movie Loafer has released many people have been comparing his act to that of Powerstar. Finally Varun Tej opened about it and admitted that he had indeed tried to copy the star as this project gave him such scope. With Puri Jagannadh at helm it could also be another driving factor for him.

Whatever it is, after playing back to back under playing characters Varun has been appreciated for taking a different role for his third outing. One only hoped that the box office performance too showed some spark in similar way.
