Venkatadri Express not remake of Chennai Express

Sundeep Kishan starrer Venkatadri Express which is going to release this Friday is attracting a lot of attention thanks to its title. The way the unit has designed the title and the name itself makes one think if this is a remake of the Blockbuster Hindi movie Channi Express starring Shah Rukh Khan.

Many have been expressing the doubt ever since the promotions of the film have begun and it has finally reached the actor himself. When a scribe asked the actor if the film was indeed a remake of the Hindi movie, the actor made it clear that the film has nothing to do with the Hindi movie released earlier in the year. This is a complete original film made by a young and enthusiastic director Gandhi, he said. The actor said he absolutely loved the director’s vision and was super fun working with him. Venkatadri Express is releasing worldwide on November 29.
