Usually, senior heroes and stars roll around in luxury. Even when they come to media meets and press conferences, they are given cozy chairs to keep them comfortable.
However, veteran star Venkatesh Daggubati is a rare breed hero and he demonstrated the same thing today as he met Telugu media ahead of the release of Saindhav.
When Venkatesh turned up to the media meet, the team arranged a special chair for the star hero, which is a norm. The chair is obviously different from the one given to media. But Venky had an interesting reaction to this.
“This is what I don’t want. Take away this chair and give me the same one(as the media)” Venkatesh said to his team and got a normal chair arranged for him. The humility of the veteran actor left the media personnel touched. This shows the kind of humility Venky possesses. It is small gestures like these that make him different from the rest.
As for Saindhav, the film is set for release on the 13th of this month and it has Venky in an action hero avatar. Director Sailesh Kolanu promised to present the best version of Venky in recent times.
