Vijay Deverakonda First Choice For Chiranjeevi’s Film?

Megastar is currently working on Koratala Siva’s Acharya. The film is one of the awaited films by Mega fans considering that it brings celebrated father-son together in a full-fledged role for the first time. Amidst this, a startling revelation has surfaced.

The rumour that is doing rounds revealed that Chiranjeevi was not the first choice for Acharya. It is rumoured that Vijay Deverakonda was approached first for Acharya. However, the actor apparently didn’t like the storyline and turned it down.

The film then landed in Chiranjeevi’s lap. In fact, Ram Charan was so impressed by the plot that he came forward to be one of the co-producers. Well, this buzz seems to be interesting. Acharya shoot is in its final stage and Chiranjeevi and Ram Charan’s first look has upped the excitement around it.

Chiranjeevi will be seen as a tribal leader who fights for the injustice meted out in the society and on his people. Apart from Acharya, Chiranjeevi has Lucifer remake, while Charan is also working on RRR. He then has RC15. On the other side, Deverakonda is busy with the pan-Indian film Liger.
