Vijay Deverakonda is heading back to the sets of Rowdy Janardhana for a sequence that has already been shot once.
The film’s team had completed an interview sequence, but director Ravi Kiran Kola reportedly felt it could have a much bigger impact. Rather than keeping the existing version, the makers have decided to shoot it again on a larger scale.
That makes this more than a routine patch-up. The director apparently wants the scene to have the kind of scale and impact he originally had in mind.
Vijay Devarakonda will be part of the reshoot, returning to the character once again. The actor is playing a rugged role in the film, which is being made as an intense action drama.
For the team, going back and spending more time on a sequence that is already completed shows how much importance they are giving to the final output.
Rowdy Janardhana is still some time away, but this reshoot suggests Ravi Kiran Kola is not willing to settle when it comes to key portions of the film.
