Wait gets longer for MAA Election Results!

MAA Election Results are likely to be delayed further. It is known that Actor and Producer O.Kalyan had approached a civil court to postpone the elections. The court allowed the elections but asked to hold the counting until further orders. Every one expected the court to give the final verdict today but it did not happen.

Election Commission of MAA requested court more time to submit the video recordings of the election. The court now posted the next hearing of the case to April 7th. It is likely that the date of the counting and the results will be decided that day.

The election is fiercely contested between Jayasudha and Murali Mohan Panels. Industry is divided in to two factions supporting both of them. The polling which happened on Sunday, had recorded a little more than 50% voting. Almost all the top stars and bigwigs of the industry have not exercised their voting rights in this elections.
