Will Film Collections Come to the Stage?

SS Rajamouli and Prabhas’s Magnum Opus film, Baahubali – The Conclusion changed the Telugu market dynamics totally. The benchmark set by the film is so high that people have stopped considering the film collections are aiming at non-Baahubali records.

Some films are declaring themselves as All Time Hits if they manage the non-Baahubali record. Coming to the scenario, it has to be seen if we are going to have After-Corona records in the future. The economic slowdown is expected to stay here for at least a year and it may not fair to compare the collections with that of films before the Coroavirus Outbreak.

However, it will be interesting to see where RRR will end up in this race. Even if Rajamouli manages to post significant numbers. It has to be seen if the brand will be enough to overcome all challenges posed by the Contagious virus.

The collections of films like Vakeel Saab, Prabhas’ next, Acharya, KGF 2 are to be watched.
