Will Varun Tej Get Upper Hand Second Time In The Year?

Mega Prince Varun Tej had one release earlier in the year in February. His love story Tholi Prema clashed with another hero from the same family, Sai Dharam Tej. Tholi Prema emerged as a clear winner among the two.

Now at the end of the year, Varun Tej is coming with his second film, Antariksham 9000 KMPH. Like Tholi Prema, it is also clashing, but with many flicks. The prominent one is the Sharwanand and Sai Pallavi starrer Padi Padi Leche Manasu.

Typically, a specific genre film catering primarily to the multiplex audience opens and collects less than a love story. It is similar to how a love story collects less than a mass entertainer. But, earlier in the year, Varun Tej’s love story fared better than Sai Dharam Tej’s mass entertainer. Will Varun’s space thriller repeat the same feat against a love story?

The early advances point towards a fifty-fifty parity between the two films. It means the final difference would arrive based on the talk each film gets and sustains at the end of the day. The movie with better talk would do better business among the two, despite the acceptability and reach of the genres.
