Pregnant Samantha’s Interesting Action Tale

Star actress Samantha has mostly been picking female lead oriented films of late. Her upcoming film, Yashoda falls under the same category, as implies in the teaser of the film that was dropped today.

The teaser starts with the introduction of Samantha’s character who plays a pregnant woman. While she is advised ample rest by the doctor, Sam is forced to go on a physically and mentally exhausting journey.

There’s an overwhelming dose of action in the teaser. Sam is playing a fully blown action role. What’s interesting is that Sam plays a pregnant lady who is repeatedly attacked by a gang of goons. The premise looks interesting.

The action shots are good and so is ManiSharma’s background score. There’s technical finesse in the teaser.

Debut director-duo Hari-Harish are coming up with a new age attempt and they have clearly showcased Sam in a never before manner. This should excite her fans.

But for action thrillers like these to click, the preceding storyline and narrative should be compelling. Only then will all the action and thrills gel together. We will know if that is the case when the film hits the screens soon. For now, the teaser looks intriguing and it packs a punch.
