Trailer Talk: Simple And Straight To The Point

There is no beating around the bush, the trailer of Yatra, a unique biopic on late Congress leader, and last Chief Minister of united Andhra Pradesh YS Rajasekhar Reddy hits the nail on the head.

The movie Yatra depicting the historic journey of YS Rajasekhar Reddy in the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh comes straight to the point. It is a political propaganda movie aimed at channelling of vote bank of the late politician to his son YS Jagan. The dialogues, in particular, offer no subtlety at all and hit the mark.

Check out the trailer below. Malayalam Megastar Mammootty plays YSR here and also dubs for the character. While it adds to his performance and is appreciable, the dubbing doesn’t do much here as the voice and tone of the late politician is too familiar to the Telugu people. Mahi V Raghav directs the movie which is going to release all over on February 8th.
