Young MD speaks on why he has come down

Young music director Yuvan Shankar Raja has been personally and professionally low for a while. There had been many rumors that he had differences with his father maestro Ilayaraja regarding his inter-religion marriage and his conversion into Islam. Besides this, 2015 saw very less of Yuvan Shankar’s work.

The reason the music director gives for his low phase is his mental tiredness because of doing back to back films. He recalls the days when he was very busy doing more than a dozen films at a time and had sleepless nights. Once again, things seem to be falling in place for Yuvan Shankar Raja.

Family differences aside, he is going to work on a movie with his illustrious father Ilayaraja and his brother Karthik Raja. Though it isn’t officially confirmed, Yuvan seems to be thinking on the brighter side and do more films hereafter.
