Sachin Tendulkar Confirms His Presence at 800’s Trailer Event

The trailer launch event of ‘800’ is expected to be a one-of-its-kind one. Sachin Tendulkar, held in high esteem by 1.4 billion Indians, has confirmed his presence at the event. If you are wondering what is so special about the movie, here it is: ‘800’ is based on the bowling career and personal life of the former Sri Lankan off-spinner Muttiah Muralitharan. Actor Madhur Mittal will be seen in the role of the cricketer.

The trailer event will be held in Mumbai on September 5th. Tollywood’s senior producer Sivalenka Krishna Prasad, who recently owned the release rights to the movie in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and English, informed the media that the event will see the presence of several other personalities from both cricket and cinema.

Director MS Sripathy is readying the movie for an October release. With music by Ghibran, the film also features familiar artists such as Nassar. The content of ‘800’ is touted to be universal and thrilling by the makers.
