’30 BRS MLAs Joining Congress’

The political space in Telangana took a big turn after the Congress party formed the government and BRS was sent down to the opposition post. Now, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, a Congress veteran has made a very interesting comment.

“Congress government is very stable. BRS leaders like Jagadish Reddy are saying Congress will be dethroned. But they are out of their mind. What needs to be pointed out here is that 30 BRS MLAs are in touch with the Congress party and are ready to join our party after the coming Lok Sabha elections” Komatireddy said.

The Congres veteran said not even 10 MLAs will be left in BRS once the Lok Sabha election is over. He clearly said BRS will be vacant once the parliamentary elections are done, at a time when BRS is looking to uphold its footprint in Telangana by winning big in the MP elections.

Telangana is gearing up for another intense political campaign with the MP elections lined up in the next three months. This is a challenge of the highest order for all the parties.
