ACB Court extends Revanth Reddy’s remand once more!

Revanth Reddy Arrest breaking newsACB Special Court had extended the remand of Revanth Reddy and other accused in Cash for Vote. Revanth Reddy’s custody ended today and Police brought him to the court this morning. ACB had submitted a memo to extend his custody as the case is at crucial stage.

The court agreed with the ACB’s view and extended his remand till July 13th. On the other side, veredict on Revanth Reddy’s bail petition will come up tomorrow in high court. The arguments of both the sides are completed in high court on Friday and the judgement is reserved for tomorrow.

Revanth Reddy’s lawyers say there is no relation between this ruling and tomorrow’s high court judgement. They say it is a common procedure in ACB Special court to extend the remand for every 14 days. After the court proceedings, Revanth Reddy and remaining accused – Sebastian and Uday Simha were taken back to Cherlapally jail.
