Narasapuram MP Raghu Rama Krishna Raju was the first leader to rebel against YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. He waged a war against the CM very soon after coming to power and is playing an opposition by speaking to the media on various topics.
Jagan Government slapped RRR with Sedition cases and also arrested him. RRR is fighting a case in the Supreme Court alleging that he is subjected to third-degree in CID custody. Meanwhile, the MP was also not allowed to go to his constituency for more than four years.
Fearing arrests and attacks by the YSR Congress, Raghu Rama stayed away.
Jagan Mohan Reddy tried his level best to get him disqualified as an MP but it was not possible.
Elections are drawing closer and Raghu Rama is all set to tour his constituency for the first time in four years.
On the thirteenth of this month, he will visit Narasapuram, the MP himself announced.
“I am stepping foot in my constituency on the 13th of this month after four years. People there are aware why I could not go there for four years. I am still in touch with them frequently despite being not present there physically,” the MP said.
Raghu Rama Krishna Raju will be the candidate once again from Narasapuram in the upcoming elections. However, if the seat is allotted to BJP or Janasena, he will join that party and be their candidate from Narasapuram.
