Capital Farmers file cases on Sakshi

Telugu Desam Party is keen on cornering Sakshi media via legal means. Sakshi had aired a series of articles alleging huge land scam in Amaravathi. The YSR Congress funded media even went on to say TDP Leaders amassed 25000 acres in the Capital region illegally. Already few TDP Leaders have filed defamation cases on Sakshi.

Now, TDP is aiming to hit Sakshi from the shoulders of the farmers. Sakshi published few photos of farmers in those articles and published few quotes of the farmers alleging Land Scam. But the farmers have come to media and clarified that they did not give any statement to Sakshi and they have used their photos with out permission.

The farmers have filed cases on Sakshi. The cases pin down Sakshi with proofs. If that happens, Sakshi may be in big trouble in courts. The farmers are alleging that this false propaganda of Sakshi is hitting the image of Amaravathi and as a result of this, the real estate in the capital is taking a hit.
