Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, the other day, conducted a review meeting about the Pending Nominated Posts.
Naidu told the leaders it is important that those who worked for the party should be given importance and those who actively participated in the membership program should be rewarded.

Until then, everything is fine but the next statement definitely raises eyebrows.
Naidu announced that he would finalize all nominated posts and party posts by June this year.

It means by that time, it will be one year of this Government. The last five years have been extremely tough on the party with Vendetta Politics unleashed fully.
There were attacks on the financial roots of the cadres and the leaders. Many leaders were sent to jail. Jagan did not even spare Chandrababu Naidu.

Not every one can be accommodated with the nominated posts and party posts but then, it will be a big relief for those who got them and their followers.
So why waste one year term?
There are many aspirants for a single post. If effectively planned, someone can benefit from a one-year term.
The problem is that Chandrababu Naidu takes the work completely on himself and he will obviously struggle with too much on his platter always.
Instead, he can delegate a committee to pick some names and Chandrababu can finally finalize the final list.
Losing one year without delegating work is really bad. The major problem with this system is that in many nominated posts, YSR Congress-appointed nominees will continue until the new appointment.
It will be a massive embarrassment and uncomfortableness for the TDP leaders/cadres/supporters to work under them until the exercise is completed.
