Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu couple of days ago promised the farmers of Capital notified villages that he will try to do more good for the farmers other than the promised package. Keeping his word, Naidu is now keen to advance the layouts of the new capital.
Earlier they have planned to develop the layouts in nine months time after the Master Plan submission and now Naidu wants to finish the work by August-end. In that way farmers will get their developed land shares quickly than expected.
As per the new time-table, Singapore Experts team will be submitting the master plan for the core capital region by May instead of the earlier-scheduled June. Once the master plan is approved, state officials will have to develop them within the next three months. By advancing the time frame for construction of the capital, Naidu will also be able to silence the critics of his land pooling by giving land pooling certificates and developed plots to farmers earlier than planned.
