The renovation of Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister’s Office is complete. The officials are giving final touchups to the office. Officials have visited some of the furniture majors in Hyderabad and Mumbai and made the purchases. The furniture is yet to arrive. CMO is in the eighth floor in the L block of secretariat. There is a guest room, chambers for CM’s personal secretary and chief security officer.
Adjoining to those rooms is a room for cabinet meeting which can be reached directly from CM’s office room. In the same floor, rooms for CM staff are being readied. There is a flyover and building above the height of CM’s office imposing security threats. So, the entire office is equipped with advanced security measures. It is also known that Chandrababu Naidu has life threat and is on the hit list of Maoists. Currently Chandra Babu is working from his camp office at Lake View Guest house and now it is said that Chief Minister will be stepping in to the office on Dussehra day but the date is yet to be officially confirmed.
