Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has taken one more step to come closer to people and make them more comfortable when dealing with the government. The government is going to start a service ‘Mee Kosam’ which accepts the complaints from the people.
The Chief Minister’s office will continuously monitor the status of the complaints and make sure they are cleared as soon as possible. Mee Kosam is very soon going to be implemented in 12 departments as a pilot project.
Chief Secretary IYR Krishna Rao has verified the website and portal the other day and has suggested final changes to it. It will be exhibited and explained to all the secretaries of various departments very soon. Mee Kosam is expected to come in to use once Chandrababu is back from Japan tour and give his nod to it.
