AP High Court Warns Twitter Of Business Shutdown!

Andhra Pradesh High Court has become serious over Twitter in the case of abusive posts on judges and courts. The court has warned the microblogging site that its business would have to close if Indian laws and courts were not respected.

The court ordered the counter to file within a week as to why no contempt action should be taken against Twitter for not removing such posts even though the court instructed. The High Court clarified that all the objectionable posts would have to be removed.

The court also asked CBI when it would arrest the people who abused the courts from other countries. The High Court then adjourned the hearing till next Monday. We have seen the court have some YSR Congress social media activists arrested in relation to the case.

The ruling party leaders and their supporters constantly allege that Chandrababu Naidu manages the courts to get favorable judgments.
