AP Liquor Scam: Mithun Reddy Heads to SIT Office

YSRCP MP Mithun Reddy has arrived at Gannavaram airport from Delhi. From there, he started to SIT office in Vijayawada to attend inquiry.

Mithun Reddy addressed media at Gannavaram airport. The Rajampet MP said that the liquor scam was all about political vengeance. It’s a case that is not going to stand, he said.

They (the alliance government) might be happy arresting me now. But I have the gumption to stand against a wrong case, said Mithun Reddy.

Mithun Reddy is A4 in liquor scam case. It is known that the AP High Court struck down his bail petition. The Supreme Court also dismissed the petition.

Heavy bandobast has been put up at the SIT office as Mithun Reddy arrived for interrogation. The police are managing the vehicular movement.

The Rs 3200 crore AP liquor scam has been making headlines as SIT is swiftly arresting the main accused in the case. A1 Raj Kasireddy is already in jail. Chances are that Mithun Reddy could be arrested too.
