The Andhra Pradesh has finalised tenders for the construction of integrated state Secretariat and HOD Towers. It has issued notifications giving tenders to companies that stood in L1 category.
Integrated AP Secretariat and HOD Towers tenders were secured by NCC company. NCC will be building the GAD Tower in Secretariat with Rs 882.47 crore. Shapoorji Pallonji bagged the tenders for 1 & 2 HOD Towers in integrated Secretariat.
The Towers will be constructed at a cost of Rs 1487.11 crore. 3 & 4 Towers in integrated Secretariat were secured by Larsen & Toubro. It will spend Rs 1303.85 crore to construct the Towers.
The government has directed the CRDA commissioner to allot the works to L1 builders. MAUD chief secretary gave directives to this effect.
After the relaunch of people’s capital Amaravati works, the government is sprinting ahead by taking necessary steps to complete Amaravati within 3 years.
CM Chandrababu is holding regular meetings with CRDA authorities to ensure the construction work happens on time and to ensure best quality.
